FULFILMENT & DELIVERY
1: How quickly will my order be dispatched and delivered?
Orders placed before 12pm qualify for next-day delivery within the UK, dispatched via DPD or royal Royal Mail quote 24-48 hrs, opting for express delivery is the most secure wat to ensure express next day if you need the product urgently.
2: Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time and manage your delivery preferences, such as selecting a safe place or arranging a redelivery if you're not at home.
3: Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, orders over £400 receive free standard UK delivery. Given the premium nature and size of our products, a bundle order will often approach or reach this threshold naturally, making free delivery a further benefit of investing in a multi-room collection.
4: What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at homescent@lifestylehomecollection.org with your order details and a photo of the damage. We will assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, typically by arranging a replacement. We take great care in packing our products, but should anything go wrong in transit, we will work hard to put it right.
5: Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please contact us at homescent@lifestylehomecollection.org as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please note that engraved orders are non-cancellable once placed. Once any order has been picked up by DPD, amendments become more difficult to process, so please act promptly.
6: Multiple products on one order
Please be aware that depending on item size, weight the carrier could vary for your products within the one order. For example, it night be one item arrives in the morning via DPD and another with royal mail later that day or the next day, please wait 48hrs after receiving your first item , if then not all your order has arrived please do contact us! Also always refer to your tracking links in your dispatch emails to follow the journey of your products.
RETURNS POLICY
1: What is your returns policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at homescent@lifestylehomecollection.org to start the process and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, all such purchases are final. Items must be returned at the customers cost, unless the item has been approved as faulty in which case we will send a dpd label to you. Refunds are processed within 7-14 days of receiving your return at the warehouse. We strongly advise using track, signed and insured service to send your item back to us.
2: What if my product is faulty or not as described?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at homescent@lifestylehomecollection.org with your order number and photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We stand fully behind the quality of our products.
3: Can I return a product if I don't like the scent?
We offer Scent discovery sets precisely to help customers find their perfect fragrance before purchasing a full product. We cannot accept product back that has been opened unfortunately.
4: How will I know when my return or refund has been processed?
Once your return has been received and assessed, we will contact you by email to confirm the outcome. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method. If you haven't heard from us within a reasonable timeframe of 7 days after returning an item, please follow up at homescent@lifestylehomecollection.org.

1: Do you offer any finance or buy now, pay later options?
Yes, we offer a range of flexible payment options at checkout, including Shop Pay Instalments, PayPal Pay Later, and other instalment-based methods depending on your location. These let you spread the cost of your order with no hidden fees, making it easy to invest in premium home fragrance without any upfront strain.
2: Is there a minimum order value to qualify for a payment plan?
Minimum spend thresholds vary by provider and are shown clearly at checkout. Our individual products range from £39.99 for a 250ml Square Diffuser up to £119.99 for an XL Candle, and our bundles range from £82 to £415, all sitting comfortably within most instalment plan eligibility. Whether you're purchasing a single product or a full multi-room bundle, flexible payment options are available to you.
3: Does using a payment plan affect how quickly my order is dispatched?
Not at all. Orders placed via any of our payment options, including instalment plans, are processed and shipped exactly the same as standard purchases. Your order will be tracked via DPD with the same next-day delivery service.
4: Are there any interest charges if I spread the cost?
Many of our payment providers offer 0% interest over short instalment periods. All terms are shown clearly before you confirm, there are no surprises. Check the checkout page for the specific options available to you.
5: Can I use a payment plan to purchase a bundle of products?
Absolutely, and we'd encourage it. Using an instalment plan to finance a bundle is one of the smartest ways to fragrance your whole home at once, spreading the cost while enjoying a truly transformed living environment from day one. Our bundles range from £82 to £415, all of which are well-suited to flexible payment.
6: Can I also add personalisation, such as engraving, when using a finance option?
Yes. Our personalised engraving add-ons (from £10) can be included in the same order and are covered by whichever payment method you select. It's a great way to turn a luxury product into a truly one-of-a-kind gift. Please note that engraved orders cannot be dispatched on a next-day basis, delivery will be approximately 5 days.

Our largest diffuser bundle, three 1000ml Square Diffusers, is priced at £202 (saving £67.97) on a £269.97 RRP. Our most versatile mid-range combination, a 1000ml Signature Diffuser with a 3.5kg XL Candle, is £160 (saving £49.98) on the £209.98 combined RRP.

1: Should I use a candle or a diffuser, or both?
Both serve different purposes and work brilliantly together. Our diffusers deliver continuous, consistent ambient fragrance around the clock, ideal for hallways, living rooms, and spaces you want to always smell welcoming. Our Candles (natural soy wax) create warm, atmospheric occasions for evenings and social spaces. Many customers use a diffuser as the constant backdrop and a Candle for added ambience and increased scenting, giving a room both presence and occasion. A candle is such an important layer of scent for your home.
2: Are your products suitable for large rooms?
Yes, this is where Lifestyle Home Collection particularly excels. Our Signature XXL Room Diffusers hold 2500ml of fragrance oil, designed to fill larger living spaces with presence and depth, lasting over 12 months. For candles in large spaces, our 5kg XXL Candles offer 180 hours of burn time, making them the ultimate statement piece for larger spaces. The 1000ml Square Diffuser is also a good choice from our LI Home range for larger rooms paired with the 3.5kg XL candles.
3: Not sure which scent is right for me? Can I try before I buy?
Yes, we offer Scent Discovery sets , available on our website, which allow you to experience our fragrances before committing to a full product. It's the ideal first step for anyone new to Lifestyle Home Collection, or when selecting a gift for someone with particular scent preferences. Same with candles , we now sell candle discovery sets of 6 mini volitive candles so you can try before committing to that big candle purchase.
4: Are your products safe to use around children and pets?
Yes as long as all the safety precautions and user guidelines are followed. We use high-quality, non-toxic fragrance oils in all our products. The diffuser liquid should not be ingested, and if it comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with cold water. As with any candle, keep lit candles away from children and pets and never leave them unattended. We would always recommend that all products are kept away from pets and children just to be careful and avoid any breakages especially.
PRODUCT EDUCATION
1: What makes Lifestyle Home Collection different from other luxury fragrance brands?

2: Why is the first burn so important for our candles?
The first burn establishes the wax memory. We recommend burning your candle for a minimum of 90 minutes on first use or ideally until all the wax has fully melted across the top surface and pooled evenly to the edges of the vessel. Skipping this step risks tunnelling, where the candle burns down the centre, wasting a significant portion of the wax and fragrance. Done correctly, every subsequent burn will be full, even, and beautifully fragrant.
3: How do I get the best performance from my diffuser?
Turn your reeds 3–4 times per week to keep the fragrance distributing well. To do this, gently lift the reeds clear of the liquid, allow any excess to drip back into the bottle, give them a gentle shake, then flip them and reinsert. This refreshes scent throw without wasting liquid. Avoid placing your diffuser directly in front of a radiator or in a draughty position, which accelerates evaporation.
4: Does room temperature affect how long my diffuser lasts?
Yes, it has a meaningful impact. Warmer rooms cause the liquid to evaporate faster, intensifying the scent but reducing the product's lifespan. In cooler, more stable environments, your diffuser will last longer and provide a subtler, more consistent fragrance. For the best balance of scent throw and longevity, position your diffuser away from direct heat sources.
5: Why are your products alcohol-free?
Alcohol is sometimes used as a cheap carrier in lower-quality fragrances, but it causes the initial scent to smell sharp or synthetic, and it evaporates rapidly, shortening the product's effective life. Our fragrance oils are formulated without alcohol, delivering a purer, richer, longer-lasting scent from the first moment to the last.
6: What is the significance of the base trays across your product range?
The base trays signature designs feature across the entire range. Every Square Diffuser includes an embossed base tray and a matching screw top lid, combining practicality with a refined, considered aesthetic. Our Signature XXL Diffusers & Candles are equally presented on the same exclusive black oak base. Our XL Candles take a different but equally deliberate approach, featuring an elegant stainless-steel lid that doubles as the base tray when the candle is in use. 7: Do you offer refills so I don't have to buy a whole new product?
Yes, we offer 2500ml Refill Pouches for our Signature XXL Room Diffusers in Amber Fie, Sable Onyx, and White Musk. This is both more economical and more sustainable, allowing you to retain the beautiful glass vessel and black oak tray while refreshing the fragrance. DIFFUSER & CANDLE CARE TIPS

REED DIFFUSER CARE
1. Insert All Fibre Reeds
Place all supplied fibre reeds into the diffuser bottle to achieve the best fragrance performance and scent throw throughout your space.
2. Allow the Reeds to Absorb
Allow the reeds to absorb the fragrance oil for approximately 30–60 minutes, then carefully flip them to begin fragrance diffusion.
3. Flip Reeds Weekly
Flip the reeds daily for the first week , then weekly afterwards, or whenever you would like to refresh and intensify the fragrance experience in your room.
4. Position Correctly
For the best performance, position your diffuser:
• At waist to chest height
• Away from direct sunlight
• Away from radiators, fireplaces or air conditioning
• In areas with gentle airflow to help circulate fragrance naturally
For larger spaces, we recommend using two diffusers positioned at opposite sides of the room.
5. Protect Your Surfaces
Always keep your diffuser positioned on its Lifestyle Home Collection base tray to help protect surfaces from accidental spills or oil marks.
6. Keep Topped Up
To maintain optimum fragrance performance and longevity, refill your diffuser before the oil level becomes too low. We recommend not letting the level drop below 1/3 full for the best care and scent dispersion.
LUXURY CANDLE CARE
1. First Burn Matters
Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling and ensure an even burn throughout the candle’s life.
2. Trim the Wicks
Before each burn, trim the wicks to approximately 5mm to encourage a clean, even flame and minimise soot.
3. Burn Safely
Always place candles:
• On a heat-resistant surface
• Away from curtains or flammable materials
• Away from draughts
• Out of reach of children and pets
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
4. Do Not Burn for Excessive Periods
For optimum performance, we recommend burning your candle for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time.
5. Extinguish Carefully
Use a candle snuffer where possible to extinguish the flame cleanly and help preserve fragrance quality.
6. Re-Centre The Wick
After extinguishing the candle, gently re-centre the wick while the wax is still soft to encourage an even burn next time. Trim any black charred ends of the wicks before you start the next burn.
7. Stop Burning Before Empty
Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
