I have sent a message asking for replacement sticks as mine have arrived dented as the box was dented upon delivery but I have had no response. I would like a response and replacement sticks please
I purchased the Amber Fie XXL diffuser and it makes my whole house smell amazing. The size is a focal point and everyone who visits loves it. I will certainly be buying more in the future.
This is my third time buying this diffuser, which lasts and lasts and lasts. It is quite an investment, but the smell when you walk into the rooms where I have them (one in the en-suite , one in the dining room ) is lovely, I turn the reeds about every 4/5 days which works well for where they are placed. It is pricey but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful fragrance. It takes a couple of days for the full effect of the fragrance to make itself known but it's well worth the wait.
I’ve just bought a second bottle as a gift! I love it so much and always get compliments when people come over. The smell do last, I’ve been using mine for about 10 months now and it’s still going strong and the smell is still as captivating. Plus it looks amazing!

I honestly can’t recommend buying this beautiful diffuser enough, I have it on my island in the kitchen and it smells absolutely Devine. I’ve had mine for around 7 months now and I can still smell it when I walk through the door. I have so many compliments on the smell whenever I have guests round! I am a lover of diffusers & passionate about home interiors. I had been purchasing scent diffusers from another well known brand for many years, however when I discovered Lifestyle Home Collection XXL diffusers, I instantly knew that this was a diffuser I needed in my home. I read Gemma’s backstory & this reiterated to me that her diffusers would be perfect in my home. Gemma has excelled at accomplishing her vision & passion. Not only does this diffuser smell incredible, with beautiful scent flowing throughout my open plan home, it is also a real luxurious statement decorative piece. Anyone who visit my home always ask me about my diffuser, commenting how wonderful my home smells & how gorgeous this diffuser looks, it’s a real talking point. Many people may initially think this diffuser is costly, but I can categorically confirm from experience of purchasing much smaller diffusers (which are not cheap, didn’t last more than 6wks) from another well known brand, that Lifestyle Home Collection XXL diffuser actually saves me a lot of money as it lasts over 12months & I think if it as a piece of decor, it’s a win/win. This fragrance is absolutely lovely. It’s been the only diffuser that I’ve ever bought that I can actually still smell!! It’s a little bit pricey but it definitely makes a statement, it’s looks expensive and smells beautiful. Hopefully they’ll bring out refills?
