Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with seals in tact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at homescent@lifestylehomecollection.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4 Booths Park, Booths hall, Knutsford, Cheshire , WA16 8GS at your cost, tracked and insured. A proof of sending is highly recommended,
If your return is accepted, , we will process a refund within 7 days of receipt minus the 15% restocking charge as per our T&C's.
Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.

Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?
No, pre-orders are non-cancellable to ensure product availability. Please consider your purchase carefully. If you have any concerns, contact our customer support team for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 7 days for you as long as the issue is reported in the first 48hrs after receiving the item. Please email us with photos and a full description of the issue. Social media is not an accepted platform to report customer service issues as many people manage the account please always email us or use the contact us feature ! Thank you

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
