Refund policy

We accept returns for any reason—whether it’s the wrong size or just doesn’t suit your space. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to return it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as you received them
• In the original packaging

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend taking out adequate insurance for any loss or damage during the return process, as these shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item is damaged during shipping, please contact your courier to recover the costs.

Please include your order number and name on a piece of paper inside the package to help us identify your return.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you that the return has been processed. A refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding initial shipping fees).

Refunds may take 4-5 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
